4moms is offering consumers who own a MamaRoo infant swing (models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037) or RockaRoo infant rocker (model number 4M-012) a free strap fastener to upgrade their product and ensure that the product continues to conform to the highest safety standards internationally.
Consumers can find their model number embossed on the base of the product. No other MamaRoo products are affected.
Consumers with infants who can crawl should not leave their child unattended with the product or stow the product in a safe, inaccessible location until the free strap fastener has been fitted, as a crawling infant could become entangled in the straps, posing a strangulation hazard.
